I am based in the stunning Bega Valley, nestled in the Far South Coast of NSW, also known as the Sapphire Coast. This area holds a special place in my heart as it is where I grew up and developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty surrounding us.

From a young age, I have been captivated by the miracle of pregnancy and the transformative journey of birth. During pregnancy with my third son, I delved into self-guided research on birth physiology, which led to a profoundly empowering and positive birth experience with my son. This experience planted a seed within me, igniting a desire to help others have the same empowering birth experiences.

As a birth doula, my mission is to support you and your family in navigating the often confusing and coercive maternal health system. I am here to honour and support your choices, offering evidence-based information on labour and birth. My aim is to educate and empower you, helping you advocate for yourself and giving you the best possible chance of having the positive birth experience you deserve. Throughout this journey, I will provide emotional support and ensure your physical well-being as you transition into motherhood.
